As the finality of my journey through the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Jordan approaches, I cannot help the feeling of nostalgia wash over me as I recall all the memories I have preserved and all the experiences I have gained within the past six years; from the members the faculty embraces and the students it encompasses, to the immense opportunity that was given to me. I was privileged to be trained under the expert guidance of an assemblage of consultants and specialists, known for their outstanding achievements not only locally and regionally, but also globally, and especially, at the forefront, our proud institution, the Jordan University Hospital. Within the walls of this fine establishment, I was able to enhance and refine the development of my character. I was also provided the proper foundation to expand my knowledge and improve communication skills, as well as the development of the humanitarian, intellectual and social aspects of life. I have gained a new outlook on life and a deep appreciation for nurturing and expanding my ambitions; to always striving for excellence. I thank God for giving me the patience and the ability to persevere, because come time to graduation, I will be graduating with Highest Honours Degree, a participant in two research papers soon to be published as well as participating in multiple activities that included scientific, cultural, social and volunteer activities and conferences held in the Faculty of Medicine during the past six years. One of the greatest achievements I have attained that has allowed me to excel in my performance was the award "Ideal Student of the Year" which was I was granted during my fifth year. This unique honour not only reinforced my preset goals, but has motivated me to go above and beyond the limits.  I am at a loss for words, and thusly, no words can ever portray how proud I am to be a part of the legacy of the Faculty of Medicine at the distinguished University of Jordan, known historically for its distinction in academics and specifically, the medical field. I hope  that we, as graduates, are able to gather the strength and courage to take on the responsibility that has been placed upon us; to preserve the excellence of our faculty and its reputation.
