The National Research Camp

Under the auspices of the School of Medicine and the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Jordan and organized by the International Federation of Medical Student Associations - Jordan (IFMSA-Jo),  the National Scientific Research Camp was held in the Medical Halls Complex on Saturday, 6/7/2024, until Monday, 8/7/2024. The National Scientific Research Camp is a training workshop concerned with teaching students the basics of scientific research. The camp was attended by 100 students from six medical colleges in the Kingdom, which enriched their research knowledge and deepened their ability to communicate in the field of scientific research. The trainers in this camp focused on ensuring that each participant finished the camp able to begin his research work through lectures that included the most important topics related to scientific research.

Topics discussed during the camp include how to write scientific research, collect and analyze data, in addition to leadership skills, teamwork, and other skills that every successful researcher needs. A number of distinguished experts and students in the field of scientific research contributed to the training. The following are the names of the lecturers: Dr. Ahmed Selem, students: Jehad yasin, Leen qutob, Layan aldib, Osama Younis, Faris Al-Habahbeh, Seraj ofeishat, Mohammad Akash, Raghad Osama Alsharif, Reem Hamada, Shahd Iqneibi, Nour barqawi, Areen Karam Sweidan, Khalid Awadallah, Ghassan Mobaydeen, Raghad Amr , Sadeen, Zein Eddin, Banan Kasassbeh, and Mohammad Jaghabeer.
