With the patronage and support of the Dean of Medicine, Professor Dr. Yaser Al-Rayyan, the Excellence Awards Ceremony took place on Wednesday, July 31st.
The ceremony was attended by members of the teaching and administrative staff, as well as the parents of graduates
The salutatorian of the ceremony was Doctor Bisher Darwish, while Doctor Yousef Shaeer read verses from the holy Quran.
The valedictorian was Doctor Shahed Abu Hanieh, and Doctor Layla Nazal broke the routine with an interactive session with the parents of the graduates where she reflected on the different stages of a medical students' academic life.
The dean of school of medicine gave his word, where he went over the excellence of this batch and its overachieving attitude, not only academically, but in research and extracurricular ambitions.
Thereafter, the dean handed the distinguished students of the Class 2024 their excellence certificates in a ceremony witnessed by parents so honored and achieved.
