Master's in Analytical Toxicology / Program Overview

 
Ø Background to the program and subject area:

A need for experts in analytical toxicology to practice in the diagnosis, management, and prevention of poisoning, therapeutic drug monitoring, forensic analyses, and monitoring for drugs of abuse as well as participating researches

Provide suitable knowledge and training the enrolled students enrolled to be able following graduation to work in the field of analytical toxicology including forensic, clinical, environmental, research and development
Ø Program Aims:
To prepare the graduate students for careers involved in the diagnosis, management, and prevention of poisoning. In addition the program develops the abilities of the students for therapeutic drug monitoring, forensic analyses, and monitoring for drugs of abuse. The students are also involved in research, including the pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic properties of substances.
