Lina Ayasrah, a medical student at our School of Medicine, got accepted to be one of the leaders of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) Medical Student Leadership Group (MSLG), which aims to support medical students interested in cardiology by providing networking, research, and career development opportunities for medical students across the globe through leading various projects that help achieve ACC mission and promote ACC's Medical Student Member Community.
Ayasrah is the first student who serves in this position from our region. She has been selected as a leader in ACC MSLG based on her previous involvement with ACC where she proved her professionality, enthusiasm, and leadership skills. And she will serve in this position until graduation date and serve as an ambassador of the College to medical students around the world.
