The faculty members from the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the School of Medicine, University of Jordan, accompanied by a group of third-year medical students, conducted a field visit to Abu Nuseir area on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
This field visit was within the requirements of the Medical Research course, and aimed to collect public health data about the most significant diseases and health problems in Abu Nuseir.
During this field visit, the faculty and students were welcomed at Abu Nuseir Comprehensive Health Center, represented by its director, Dr. Jihad Al-Batayneh. The students expressed their gratitude for this valuable experience, which gave them the opportunity to interact directly with the local community, emphasizing its importance in enhancing their research skills and applying what they learned in the field.
