Professor  Malik Juweid, who is a Professor in Nuclear Radiology, is a distinguished researcher with notable scientific reputation worldwide. He is distinguished by his pioneering contributions in many medical fields, especially in the field of positron emission tomography (PET) scanning. His achievements have been manifested by publishing in prestigious and top-ranked scientific journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), which is considered the pinnacle of peer-reviewed medical journals in terms of scientific prestige and integrity.
