A delegation from the School of Medicine - University of Jordan visited the Speciality Hospital as part of a series of visits to enhance cooperation frameworks between the two parties. The visit was led by Professor Dr. Yasser Al-Rayyan, Dean of the College of Medicine, and accompanied by Dr. Fida Thekrallah , Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the Clinical Departments and Graduates, Dr. Maram Abdel Jalil - Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the Basic Years, and Mrs. Haifa Mahasneh, Assistant Dean for Student Guidance Affairs. They met with Dr. Hani Al-Kurdi, director of medical training and education at the Specialized Hospital, and each of the heads of the clinical departments (internal medicine, surgery), as well as a group of doctors assigned to teach the students of the Faculty of Medicine. They discussed the importance of following up on the training and education procedures for the clinical years students and exchanged feedback from both parties and from the students on a regular basis at the Speciality Hospital for each department separately. They also identified and addressed the most important challenges they faced.
