A workshop was held at the School of Medicine on the" Placement of Qualifications within the National Qualifications Framework "under the patronage of Professor Anam Khalaf, Vice President for Quality Affairs, Accreditation and Strategic Planning, in the presence of Professor Yasser Al-Rayyan, Dean of the School of Medicine, and Deans of medical Schools from different universities from the public and private universities in the Kingdom.
The School of Medicine hosted a lecturing delegation from the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions, headed by Professor Zaid Al-Anbar, Vice President of the Accreditation Commission, Dr. Dima Estitieh, and Engineer Samia Adel.
The delegation gave a detailed presentation on the instructions for placement of qualifications within the National Qualifications Framework and the procedures for completing the placement request for qualifications.
A discussion took place between the delegation and attendees on various topics related to the placement of qualifications. The workshop was attended by a number of vice deans, assistant deans, department heads, and quality liaison officers from UJ School of Medicine. The workshop was also attended by representatives from the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center at the University of Jordan.
